🌊 Euro Truck Simulator 2 Truck Not Moving

This is hilarious, absurd and scary all at the same time. I just picked a 22t load to take to France and I can't get up the hill out of the quarry I've got it from. I feel like there's got to be something I'm missing to maximize the truck's pulling power but I'm running blank. All I'm doing is just holding down W and hoping for the best. Send help!
