The main reason for also providing D:OS Classic is for those who don't meet the system requirements of the Enhanced Edition (Classic is 32 bit and in Windows uses DirectX 9c; the EE is 64 bit and requires a GPU with hardware support for DirectX 11, and thus Win 7 SP1 or later). Unless I've missed something along the way, D:OS Enhanced does not Enhanced edition or classic.
